7 years ago when my boyfriend died this monologue really felt like it was written by me for him. Lana pulled me through the darkest times of my life with her beautiful art. It still pulls so much emotion out of me and she will always be my favorite artist of all time.

@@legitnesquick This is a LIE. Sorry, but it’s been spread around as a rumor. There has been a fan-made letter circling around that looks very convincing but Jackie Kennedy never wrote such a thing. Lana wrote it, then someone made a graphic of tne letter and signed it “Jackie Kennedy” but she never wrote such a thing. Stop spreading misinformation, it was all Lana
@@jorgegomez9275 No, i did some looking into it, Lana used the words in Jackie’s diary apparently.
@@legitnesquick she didn’t. She was inspired by Jackie’s story and wrote the monologue to reflect that. The director of the video said so himself. There’s no record of Jackie ever saying any of that. The closest she gets to it is talking about how she’s scared JFK will be someone who ““loves the chase and is bored with the conquest - and once married needs proof he’s still attractive so flirts with other women and resents you.” That’s obviously inspired in the monologue but she never said that monologue.
Im sorry. I never realised how unbelievably talented Lana was. At least I have a fuck ton of amazing musical poetry to feast upon 🙂
